You have 14 days from the date of delivery to return an eligible item for a full refund.
Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging. Blind box items can only be returned if the mystery packaging is still factory-sealed — once opened, the surprise can't be undone, so blind boxes become final sale.
Contact our support team with your order number and the item you'd like to return. We'll confirm your return is eligible and send you instructions for sending it back.
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we'll process your refund to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Opened blind boxes, gift cards, and items marked as final sale cannot be returned or exchanged.
